Sonny Wright realizes that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions that most of us will ever make. His goal is to make the homeownership and home selling process as smooth and stress free as possible.
Licensed since 2007, Sonny has been recognized as a top listing and selling agent and has earned The International Sterling Society Award, the Diamond Award and the Presidential Honors Award.
As a retired firefighter, Sonny participates in The Hero’s Home Advantage Program, a program that gives back to the first responders that serve our country and our community.
Known amongst his peers as one of the best short sale agents for his negotiation skills, Sonny knows the importance of communication, follow up, and diligence. “There is nothing short about this process. I spend hours on the phone with banks, attorneys, agents, and buyers and sellers. It takes a lot of time, patience and dedication,” says Wright.
Sonny was a builder for 12 years and is very familiar with the home building process. His understanding of the construction process, with timelines, walk throughs, inspections, selections, and what it takes from a vacant lot to a completed, finished home. His expertise is an asset to any client looking to build a home.
He is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, where he serves on several committees. He is also a member of the Homebuilders Association of Savannah.
Sonny is the father of two, Victoria Waters, and Brandon Wright. And, now a proud “Gramps” of Grey and River.
