About Tammie
I was born in Connecticut while my father was stationed on a Navy submarine and raised a South Carolina Southern Belle. A BS from Clemson University and a MS from the University of SC afforded me a 20 year career in Environmental Science conducting site investigations and inspections for commercial, industrial and manufacturer real estate transactions. Married the love of my life and we have two beautiful, smart and funny children. My hobbies are dancing, singing, playing music, biking, gardening, puzzling, sketching and walking our family dog named Ivy. When my daughter was born 17 years after my son, I was able to stay home with her until she went to school. I decided to sell real estate so I could take her to afterschool activities and occasionaly volunteer.
I am a research oriented agent with a servants heart. My clients priorities are my priorities and I make myself available when needed. Fierce negociating tacticks help me procure contracts for my clients and I once beat out 23 other offers including cash offers with a FHA loan package! I pride myself on making dreams come true for my primary home buyers and sellers and building wealth for my investors. Character is more important to me than money and giving back to local charities is a passion of mine. I highly doubt that you will be disappointed if you choose me as your realtor.
